Send an email and you'll get an answer, usually within a day or two. To help us help you, please include:

  • Your GoldGuide username
  • What happened, and what you were doing
  • Any red error text (copy and paste it)
  • Your GoldGuide version (in the GoldGuide Sync app, top right)
